Personal Training Position | Snap Fitness Austral Bradbury

This is a casual personal trainer role with Jamie Fitness in Bradbury, coaching clients one-to-one. You build your ongoing client base over time, so it does not come with a ready-made book of clients or guaranteed full-time hours.

The role

- Use the team's coaching and admin systems.
- Run one-to-one training sessions with clients.
- Join team workshops and mentoring sessions.
- Talk new enquiries through how the training works.
- Availability needed

We need you free four afternoons or evenings a week, roughly 3pm to 8.30pm, and two mornings. This is the availability we require; it is not a guarantee of paid hours.

Qualifications

- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
- There is no gym rent to pay in this role, and Jamie Fitness looks after marketing and admin support.

What it pays





You are employed as a casual, with super and applicable commission. The hourly rate depends on your ongoing weekly client hours:

- Up to 25 weekly client hours: $40.17/hr
- 25 to 30 weekly client hours: $45/hr
- 30+ weekly client hours: $55/hr
