Personal Training Position | Snap Fitness Concord West Chatswood

This is a casual personal trainer role with Jamie Fitness in Chatswood, coaching clients one-to-one. You build your ongoing client base over time, so it does not come with a ready-made book of clients or guaranteed full-time hours.

Availability needed

We need you free four afternoons or evenings a week, roughly 3pm to 8.30pm, and two mornings. This is the availability we require; it is not a guarantee of paid hours.

Day to day

- Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems.
- Run one-to-one training sessions with clients.
- Be part of our mentoring and team workshops.
- Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting.
- Pay structure

You are employed as a casual, with super and applicable commission. The hourly rate depends on your ongoing weekly client hours:

- Up to 25 weekly client hours: $40.17/hr
- 25 to 30 weekly client hours: $45/hr
- 30+ weekly client hours:



$55/hr
- No gym rent is charged. Jamie Fitness handles marketing and administrative support.

Requirements

A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.
