We are currently seeking a Japanese Chef(Hot Food Section) to work with our restaurant team in Melbourne CBD.

What you will need:

At least 1-2 years of experience in a premium, rapid-paced restaurant.

AT least 1-2 years of Japanese Hot Food experience in Japanese Restaurant.

Yakitori experience a bonus (but not required).

Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

A positive attitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high service standards.

Full Time Position : $72,000～$80,000

Working Hours.





45hours per week (plus reasonable additional hours as required) , including weekends.

Flexible roster, including evenings (Mon-Sun).

20-38 hours per week
