Objectives of the role

Administrative support to executive team members in the Education setting, as directed, to ensure that goals and objectives are accomplished and that operations run efficiently.

Maintain and refine internal processes that support senior executive and coordinate resources to expedite workflows.

Plan and implement administrative work to ensure that senior executive priorities are met, organisational goals are achieved and best practices are upheld.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative and office support, such as typing, spreadsheet creations, maintenance of filing systems, Sentral database analysis.

Create, analyse and summarise school data in relation to student wellbeing and school wide systems.

Creation of agendas, staff updates, school newsletter and other school communication.

Administrative support for examination and assessment processes.

Administration support as directed by the School Administration Mananger.

Required skills and qualifications

Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all information.





Experience in an administrative role reporting directly to Senior Executive team.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong time-management skills and an ability to organise and coordinate multiple concurrent projects.

Proficiency with office productivity tools and an aptitude for learning recent software and systems.

Experience in CANVA, Excel, Word, Power Point, pdf and Google documents

Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges

Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to school and its employees

Current WWC check

Preferred skills

Experience in developing internal processes and filing systems

Pay: $80,000.00 – $80,463.00 per year
