The Position

The Tank Supervisor oversees the work of site staff, processes, and equipment to ensure completion of projects in a safe, cost effective and timely manner. They are responsible for ensuring work standards and safety are strictly adhered to and ensure the development and leadership of site staff.

Some Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee site safety, environmental and quality compliance.
- Coordinate project resources, labour, equipment and materials.
- Supervise site personnel and ensure efficient work delivery.
- Ensure personnel meet all induction, qualification, licensing and training requirements.
- Identify workplace hazards and implement risk control measures.
- Maintain workmanship standards, inspections and quality records.
- Coordinate workforce mobilisation and demobilisation with HR and Resourcing.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to manage site activities and operational issues.
- Maintain timesheets, equipment records and project reports.
- Provide leadership, training and guidance to site personnel,



and undertake other duties as directed by the Operations Manager.

About You

We're looking for someone who can competently run with the key responsbilities of the position. To succeed, you'll have or hold:

- Relevant Trade Certificate(s)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Foreman/Leading Hand roles within a similar industry
- 15 years supervisory experience in complex process plant, oil and gas or heavy industry environments.

- Have valid and updated tickets and qualifications.
- Complete all required Pre-mobilisation requirements
