We're always on the lookout for great people to join the kitchen team at our iconic BentSpoke BrewPub in Braddon .

As a Casual Chef , you'll help deliver excellent food to complement our award-winning beers, preparing and presenting quality dishes and keeping things running smoothly during busy service periods.

You'll be part of a fast-paced, supportive kitchen team, working across food preparation, cooking and service while maintaining high standards of food quality, safety and cleanliness. As you become familiar with the venue and demonstrate the capability to take on additional responsibilities, there may be opportunities to step into a Kitchen Lead role when required.

To be successful, you'll bring:

- A passion for great food, quality ingredients and hospitality

- Previous experience as a Chef in a busy kitchen

- Strong food preparation, cooking and food safety skills

- A positive, team-focused attitude





- Strong communication skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays

- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
