The Role

We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our Sales Team. If you’re tech-savvy, motivated, and thrive on building strong client relationships, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proactively drive technical improvements of the clients IT setting.
- Define technology roadmaps according to the client’s business objective.
- Lead regular business and technical review meetings, driving all outcomes to completion.
- Manage client expectations end to end.
- Identify new sales opportunities and meet targets.

What You’ll Need





- 2+ years in a similar role (Account Manager, IT Sales, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of IT solutions and services.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to interpret KPIs and translate technical insights into business value.
- A proactive mindset and a passion for client success.
- A valid driver’s license and your own car.
- Full working rights in Australia.
- Based in Sydney.
