The fantastic opportunity

Permanent part-time role working four shifts a fortnight with the potential to pick up more

Deliver high-quality clinical care to residents of our 61-bed Grafton aged care home

Provide supervision and direction to Personal Care Workers

Formulate, review and update care plans

Analyse assessment results to determine care needs

Complete comprehensive documentation and progress notes that reflect residents’ care

Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care

What you’ll need to succeed

Degree as a Registered Nurse with general AHPRA registration

Strong clinical skills and a passion for providing care to the elderly

Motivated, personable, reliable, transparent and with a sense of ownership

NDIS Worker Screening Check and Influenza vaccination (or willing to obtain)

Current working rights in Australia (sponsorship will not be offered)
