We are looking for an experienced Residential Site Manager to join our Adelaide Construction team and play a critical role in delivering high-quality homes that exceed customer expectations.

Reporting to the Building Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Managing the end-to-end construction process of multiple residential homes

Ensuring homes are delivered on time, defect-free and to Metricon's quality standards

Scheduling and coordinating subcontractors and suppliers

Driving site productivity while maintaining safety and compliance standards

Conducting regular site inspections and quality checks

Managing construction timelines and resolving issues proactively

Building strong relationships with trades, suppliers and stakeholders

Communicating regularly with customers throughout their build journey

Ensuring compliance with all building regulations, OH&S; requirements and company policies





Delivering an outstanding customer experience from slab to handover; and

Conducting customer walkthroughs, home demonstrations and final key handovers.

The successful candidate will have:

Proven experience as a Residential Site Manager

Strong understanding of construction methods, building regulations and residential construction practices

Experience managing subcontractor performance and construction schedules

Knowledge of OH&S; legislation and quality assurance processes

Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills

Ability to problem solve and make decisions confidently on-site

Takes ownership and accountability

Leads by example on site





Builds strong relationships with trades and customers

Has exceptional attention to detail

Communicates professionally and confidently

Is highly organised and outcomes-focused; and

Loves delivering a quality home and an exceptional customer experience.
