Moretti Ristorante Pizzeria in Leichhardt is looking for a full time Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team.
You’ll prepare and cook Italian dishes, including fresh pasta and mains, organise your section for service, and maintain consistent presentation and quality. You’ll work closely with the kitchen and floor teams, keep your section clean and organised, and follow food-safety practices.
Salary up to A$80,000 per year plus superannuation, depending on experience.
