Personal Trainer Wanted | Silver Sands

Looking for a casual personal training role in Silver Sands? Jamie Fitness coaches clients one-to-one, and you would grow your own ongoing client base over time. There is no ready-made client book and no guarantee of full time hours.

Pay and super

Casual role, paid hourly plus super and any applicable commission. The rate steps up with your ongoing weekly client hours:

- Up to 25 weekly client hours: $40.17/hr
- 25 to 30 weekly client hours: $45/hr
- 30+ weekly client hours: $55/hr
- Your availability

You will need four afternoons or evenings each week, approximately 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings. This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.

Qualifications

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.

Rent and support

Marketing and administrative support come from Jamie Fitness,



and no gym rent is charged for this role.

What you will do

- Follow our coaching and admin systems.
- Help interested people understand what the training involves.
- Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions.
- Attend mentoring and team workshops.
