The Business

The Role
Commencing in January, this 10-month max term contract will be based in Mentone and will report to the Head of IBP. The role will coordinate demand and supply planning for the transition for SKUs and customer combinations across sites.

You’ll connect customer cutover dates, demand forecasts, inventory run-out and production plans to maintain service levels while minimising waste and write-offs. Working closely with Commercial, Operations and site planning teams, you’ll turn complex requirements into clear plans and keep delivery moving.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Coordinating product phase-in and phase-out activities, aligning demand, supply and inventory plans.
- Working with Commercial teams to confirm customer transition dates and validate demand assumptions.
- Aligning inventory run-out with production ramp-down and ramp-up requirements.
- Identifying planning exceptions, resolving issues and escalating risks and decisions through project governance.
- Bringing stakeholders together to agree priorities, responsibilities and actions.
- Using data and planning tools to monitor progress, inform decisions and improve processes.

The Person
You’re an experienced supply chain professional who enjoys solving complex problems and bringing people together to deliver results. You can balance competing priorities,



make sound decisions with the information available and remain focused when plans change. You’ll bring:

- Proven experience in demand planning, inventory control, supply chain planning and/or continuous improvement, ideally within FMCG.
- Relevant qualifications in Supply Chain, Logistics or a related discipline.
- A strong understanding of Integrated Business Planning and Integrated Tactical Planning processes.
- Robust Excel skills and confidence working with business systems, data and emerging AI tools.
- Commercial acumen and the ability to assess service, inventory and cost implications.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders across Sales, Manufacturing, Quality, IT and Planning.
- A proactive approach, strong attention to detail and ownership of outcomes.
