Whether you are an experienced manager or a high-performing team member looking for your first management opportunity, we want to hear from you. This role is available for both Full-time and Casual arrangements for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

- Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service and 'Feel Good Mex' experiences.
- Manage daily operations across sites in the Perth and Fremantle regions.
- Ensure all food is prepared to the highest standard with strict attention to detail.
- Drive both top and bottom-line sales through proactive management and local marketing.
- Maintain a safe and inclusive workplace,



ensuring all WHS and food safety standards are met.
- Handle rostering, stock ordering, and administrative duties as required.

Requirements

- Previous experience in fast-food or hospitality is essential.
- Previous management experience is a significant bonus, though we are happy to train the right candidate with a strong hospitality background.
- Full availability is required to meet the needs of a busy restaurant environment.
- An upbeat personality with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining high standards.
- A dedication to driving results and providing world-class customer service.
