Days Hours: Ideally Fridays, 7:30am 4:00pm, approximately 8.5 hours per week. The family is flexible on the day of the week for the right candidate.

A lovely young, working family in Shenton Park is seeking a kind, warm and experienced nanny to care for their nine-month-old daughter.
The family is looking for someone who genuinely enjoys spending time with babies and can provide a safe, nurturing and engaging environment while the parents are at work. Role Responsibilities

- Providing warm, attentive and nurturing care for the baby throughout the day.
- Engaging her in age-appropriate play, reading and activities that encourage her development.
- Taking her for walks and visiting local parks, weather permitting. In the future, the nanny may accompany the baby to local activities within walking distance of the family s home.
- Supporting her daily routines, including meals, naps and playtime.
- All food for the baby will be provided by the parents but preparation may be required




- Cleaning up after the baby s meals.
- Assisting with the baby s laundry, including transferring clothes between the washing machine and dryer when needed.
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised environment for the baby.
- Communicating with the parents about her day, routines and development.

The main priority is keeping the baby happy, safe, engaged and well cared for while her parents are working.

The Ideal Nanny

The family is seeking a nanny who is:

- Warm and nurturing: Naturally caring, affectionate and attentive to the baby s needs.
- Kind and patient: Able to respond calmly and sensitively to a young child.
- Engaging and playful: Enjoys reading, playing and supporting early learning through everyday activities.
- Reliable and trustworthy: Someone the parents can feel confident leaving their daughter with.
- Experienced: Has previous experience caring for babies or young children.
- Proactive and attentive: Able to plan a balanced day of play, rest and outdoor activities while following the family s routines.

Expectations

- 3+ years nanny or child care experience caring for infants
- Childcare qualifications are not essential but will be highly regarded.
- Robust references
- Valid WWCC
- Current First Aid and CPR
- Non Smoker
