Personal Trainer Wanted | Snap Fitness Tweed South Mermaid Waters

Jamie Fitness is adding a casual personal trainer in Mermaid Waters. The work is one-to-one coaching, and your regular clients build up over time; you do not start with a ready-made client book. Full-time hours are not guaranteed.

Pay rates

Casual role, paid hourly plus super and any applicable commission. The rate steps up with your ongoing weekly client hours:

- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
- Requirements
- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
- Availability

Please be available four afternoons or evenings a week, about 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings a week. Being available does not mean those hours are guaranteed or paid.

Rent and support





Marketing and administrative support come from Jamie Fitness, and no gym rent is charged for this role.

Your responsibilities

- Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions.
- Attend mentoring and team workshops.
- Help prospective clients understand the training offer.
- Use the team's coaching and admin systems.
