The Employee’s duties include (but are not limited to):
- Full management of store operations
- Driving sales, profitability, and performance
- Staff recruitment, training, supervision, and rostering
- Stock control, ordering, and supplier management
- Cash handling, banking, and loss prevention
- Customer service and maintaining brand standards
- Ensuring compliance with food safety, WHS, and regulatory requirements
- Financial oversight including budgets, wage control, and shrinkage management
The Employee must:
- Perform duties diligently and competently
- Act in the best interests of the Employer
- Follow all lawful and reasonable directions
Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
