Truly Organic Farm is a certified organic vegetable farm in the Harvey region of Western Australia. We are

seeking a reliable, hardworking Vegetable Farm Worker to support our day-to-day vegetable production and

farm operations.

Key duties

- Planting, transplanting, cultivating and harvesting vegetables.
- Preparing garden beds and assisting with soil preparation, mulching and composting.
- Hand weeding, general crop maintenance.
- Sorting, washing, grading, packing and preparing harvested produce for delivery.
- Monitoring crop health and reporting pest, disease or irrigation concerns.
- Cleaning and maintaining farm tools, equipment and work areas.
- Following organic farming practices, workplace health and safety procedures, and supervisor instructions.

Skills and attributes

- Previous experience in vegetable farming,



horticulture or similar outdoor work is desirable.
- Valuable physical fitness and willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to work reliably, follow instructions and contribute to a small farm team.
- Attention to detail, a positive attitude and respect for organic farming methods.
- Availability for full-time work, including early starts and seasonal demands as required.
