Casual Personal Trainer | Snap Fitness Concord West Carlingford

Looking for a casual personal training role in Carlingford? Jamie Fitness coaches clients one-to-one, and you would grow your own ongoing client base over time. There is no ready-made client book and no guarantee of full-time hours.

Marketing and administrative support come from Jamie Fitness, and no gym rent is charged for this role.

Hours you need to be free

- Four afternoons or evenings each week, about 3pm to 8.30pm
- Two mornings each week
- These are the times you must be available; they are not guaranteed paid hours.

Pay structure

Casual employment, plus super and applicable commission. The current hourly rate rises with ongoing weekly client hours:

- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid,



CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.

Day to day

- Help prospective clients understand the training offer.
- Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.
- Use the team's coaching and admin systems.
- Join team workshops and mentoring sessions.
