I’m looking for a driven, passionate and creative right-hand person with exceptional attention to detail to join me in a varied junior role within a busy creative business.

This is a junior position and may also suit someone interested in a traineeship. It could be a great fit for a switched-on school leaver who is organised, proactive, confident and excited by the performing arts.

I run a multi-faceted creative business, including a performance school based in Subiaco, and no two days in this role will look the same.

Some days you may be based at the studio, helping on reception and assisting with student and parent enquiries. Other days you may work alongside me from my home office, helping organise my diary, manage emails, coordinate appointments, follow up on tasks, assist with admin, and generally keep things moving. There will also be some flexibility to work from homeon some days.

The role also includes a personal support element. I live with disabilities and need a reliable extra pair of hands with day-to-day tasks, errands and occasionally helping with my children. I’m looking for someone who is compassionate, practical, neurodivergent-friendly and genuinely enjoys helping others.

We are currently preparing for three large-scale end-of-year concerts, so you will be jumping straight into a very busy and exciting time. You’ll need to be resilient, adaptable,



calm under pressure and happy to pitch in wherever needed.

The performing arts industry has both glamour and grit, so you need to be comfortable with both. One day might involve concert planning and costumes, another might involve spreadsheets, school pick-ups, inbox management or solving a last-minute problem. It is a mixed bag — and that is exactly what makes the role engaging.

You must have:

- A car and licence for errands and occasional school pick-ups
- Police Clearance
- Working With Children Check
- Saturday availability from approximately 8:15am–2:00pm

Hours outside of Saturdays are flexible.

Experience in administration, childcare, performing arts, disability support, customer service or similar roles will be highly regarded, but attitude, initiative and reliability are just as important.
