Shorescapes Landscaping – Sydney’s North Shore

Enjoy working outdoors and want to build a career in horticulture?

Shorescapes Landscaping is looking for an enthusiastic apprentice to join our small team, caring for quality gardens across Sydney’s North Shore.

You’ll work alongside the owner and experienced gardeners, gaining practical skills while completing your Certificate III in Parks & Gardens through TAFE.

What you’ll learn

- Lawn mowing, edging and lawn care
- Hedge trimming and pruning techniques
- Plant identification and plant health
- Weed, pest and disease management
- Soil preparation, mulching and plant nutrition
- Planting and garden installation
- Irrigation installation and maintenance

About you

You don’t need previous gardening experience, but you do need a willingness to learn and a positive attitude.

We’re looking for someone who:

- Enjoys outdoor, physical work
- Is reliable, honest and ready to get involved
- Has an eye for detail and takes pride in their work
- Is friendly, respectful and works well in a team
- Is committed to completing an apprenticeship

A driver’s licence is preferred but not essential.
