KiKi is a vibrant Asian fusion restaurant in Darlinghurst, bringing together bold flavours, creative dishes, and a lively dining atmosphere. We draw inspiration from across Asia to create a menu that balances familiar favourites with exciting, modern flavours.

We're looking for a passionate Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. If you thrive in a quick-paced environment, take pride in your cooking, and want to be part of a team that values creativity, consistency, and great food, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

- Running your section confidently and delivering high-quality dishes throughout service
- Ensuring every plate meets KiKi's standards for flavour, presentation, and consistency
- Supporting and mentoring junior kitchen staff while maintaining a positive team environment
- Contributing ideas to menu development and bringing fresh inspiration to our Asian fusion menu
- Managing section preparation, stock levels, and ordering requirements
- Maintaining excellent food safety, hygiene, and kitchen organisation standards
- Working closely with the Head Chef and the wider kitchen team to deliver smooth, efficient service

What we're looking for





- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Demi Chef ready to step up
- Experience working in a busy, fast-paced kitchen
- A genuine passion for food, flavour, and presentation
- Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen procedures
- Strong organisation, time management, and communication skills
- The ability to stay calm under pressure and work well as part of a team
- An interest in Asian cuisine and contemporary fusion cooking is highly regarded
