Casual Personal Trainer | Woongarrah

This is a casual personal trainer role with Jamie Fitness in Woongarrah, coaching clients one-to-one. You build your ongoing client base over time, so it does not come with a ready-made book of clients or guaranteed full time hours.

Pay rates

You are employed as a casual, with super and applicable commission. The hourly rate depends on your ongoing weekly client hours:

- $40.17 an hour (up to 25 client hours a week)
- $45 an hour (25 to 30 client hours a week)
- $55 an hour (30 or more client hours a week)
- What we provide

You will not pay gym rent. Jamie Fitness supports you with marketing and administration.

Availability

- Four afternoons or evenings each week, about 3pm to 8.30pm
- Two mornings each week
- This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.

What you will need

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid,



CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.

Day to day

Take part in mentoring and team workshops. Follow our coaching and admin systems. Run one-to-one training sessions with clients. Help prospective clients understand the training offer.
