We’re on the hunt for a passionate, hands-on Front Of House/Bar Staff to join the team.

This is a customer-first, on-the-floor role for someone who thrives in busy services and genuinely loves excellent beer, elevated pub dining and creating memorable guest experiences.

The Role

Supporting day-to-day operations, helping keep everything running smoothly.

This is a hands-on role; you’ll be out on the floor during service, backing your team and helping set the tone each shift.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Being a core member of the team and supporting busy services on the floor and behind the bar
- Supporting the venue with day-to-day operations
- Keeping service, food and presentation standards high
- Handling guest feedback with confidence and care
- clearing table and setting up for next service
- Helping drive a positive, team-first culture

- Experience within the hospitality industry
- A customer-first mindset; you enjoy getting to know your locals and reading the room
- Confidence in being a part of busy services
- A genuinely hands-on approach; you’re happy to jump in wherever needed
- Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
- Availability across evenings and weekends

Pay: $26.44 – $33.00 per hour
