We’re looking for an experienced and driven Dental Practice Manager to lead our growing practice and oversee the daily operations of a busy dental clinic. Any experience in any industry in a senior reception/admi/HR/marketing and sales will be important.No dental experience is not a deal breaker as training will be provided.

Our current Practice Manager is pursuing further studies , creating an exciting opportunity for the right person to step into a well-established role. She is committed to providing a full handover and training period to ensure a smooth and supported transition.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day clinic operations
- Lead, motivate, and support the team
- Manage staff scheduling, rosters, and payroll
- Coordinate marketing initiatives and patient growth strategies
- Support sales performance and treatment conversions
- Ensure exceptional customer service and patient satisfaction
- Maintain efficient systems and smooth workflows
