Kingsway City Lottery Centre is looking for a friendly, motivated and dependable Casual Retail Assistant to join our team. If you enjoy helping customers, working in a fast-paced environment and taking pride in keeping a store running smoothly, we’d love to hear from you!

We are offering approximately 25–30 hours per week, with the opportunity for extra hours for the right person.

Your Responsibilities

- Deliver welcoming and helpful customer service to everyone who visits the store.
- Assist customers with lottery purchases, enquiries and other store services.
- Process sales accurately and manage cash and electronic payments.
- Replenish stock and ensure products are neatly displayed.
- Maintain a clean, organised and presentable shop.
- Assist with general shop duties and daily operations.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure the store runs efficiently.

The Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, trustworthy and enjoys interacting with people.

You will ideally have:

- Previous experience in retail or customer service, although this is preferred rather than essential.
- A friendly personality and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Good attention to detail and confidence handling money.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- The ability to work well both independently and within a team.




- Availability for a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Access to a PC to complete the required online Lotterywest training.
