We’re looking for a qualified and enthusiastic Baker to join our team.

About the Role

As a Baker, you will be responsible for producing a wide range of fresh breads, pastries and bakery products while maintaining the high standards our customers have come to expect.

You will work as part of a friendly and supportive team and play an significant role in ensuring our products are consistently fresh, high quality and available for our customers each day.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, mix, shape, proof and bake a range of bread and bakery products
- Follow Bakers Delight recipes, production schedules and procedures
- Maintain consistently high standards of product quality
- Ensure the bakery is kept clean, safe and hygienic at all times
- Follow food safety and occupational health and safety requirements
- Work efficiently to meet daily production targets and customer demand
- Assist with stock control, storage and waste minimisation




- Maintain a high standard of presentation and cleanliness throughout the bakery
- Work effectively as part of a team

About You

- Qualified Baker with relevant industry experience
- Passionate about baking and producing quality products
- Reliable, hardworking and well organised
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Able to work early morning shifts, weekends and public holidays as required
- Works well both independently and as part of a team
