PT Role | Neerim South

Jamie Fitness is hiring a casual personal trainer for one-to-one coaching in Neerim South. You will build your ongoing client base over time. This role does not come with a ready-made client book or guaranteed full-time hours.

What we provide

No gym rent is charged. Jamie Fitness handles marketing and administrative support.

Qualifications

A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.

Availability needed

- Four afternoons or evenings each week, about 3pm to 8.30pm
- Two mornings each week
- These are the times you must be available; they are not guaranteed paid hours.

What the role involves

- Attend mentoring and team workshops.
- Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting.
- Coach each client one-to-one.
- Use the team's coaching and admin systems.
- Pay and super

Casual employment,



plus super and applicable commission. The current hourly rate rises with ongoing weekly client hours:

- Up to 25 weekly client hours: $40.17/hr
- 25 to 30 weekly client hours: $45/hr
- 30+ weekly client hours: $55/hr
