Mobile Phone Repair Technician

We are looking for an experienced Mobile Phone Repair Technician to join our growing team in Sydney.

This position involves both mobile phone repairs and retail sales/customer service, so previous experience working in a mobile phone repair or retail store is required.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a mobile phone repair or mobile phone retail environment
- Experience with common phone repairs such as screen and battery replacements
- Ability to diagnose common mobile phone faults
- Good retail sales and customer service skills
- Confident selling phones, accessories and related products
- Good communication skills
- Reliable, punctual and skilled
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable dealing directly with customers
