Fratelli and Co is looking for a solid and experienced Pizza Chef to help run our traditional wood fired pizza section.

Requirements
· Keep calm under pressure

.Experience with all aspects of hand stretched, woodfired pizza cookery
· Liaise with FOH on specials, menu changes and service
· OH&S; and meeting compliance
· Consistency and able to follow recipes and meet quality guidelines
· Flexibility with your roster
· Stock management and cost controls

Pay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
