Our Opportunity

We are looking for enthusiastic, caring and motivated Casual Assistant Educators to join our Hamilton Y OSHC team!

If you enjoy working with school-aged children, creating fun and engaging experiences and being part of a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you.

As a Casual Assistant Educator, you'll help create a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment where children can play, explore, build friendships and develop current skills.

Working alongside our dedicated team, you'll support the delivery of engaging activities, encourage children's interests and help make their time at OSHC a positive and enjoyable experience.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for flexible casual work, whether you're studying, building your experience or looking to continue your career in children's services.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

- Enjoys working with children and supporting their learning, development and wellbeing.

- Brings energy, enthusiasm and a positive attitude to their work.

- Can build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.

- Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a team.

- Is reliable,



adaptable and comfortable working in a busy environment.

- Is working towards or holds a relevant Certificate III, Diploma or other recognised OSHC qualification.

Relevant qualifications may include Education, Disability, Children's Services or Community Services. Please refer to the ACECQA website for recognised OSHC qualifications in Victoria.

Position Details

Position: Casual Assistant Educator – Hamilton Y OSHC
Employment Type: Casual
Location: Hamilton, Victoria
Commencement: Immediate start available
Hours: Flexible casual hours, varying week to week

Service Operating Hours:

- School terms: Monday to Friday, 2.30pm – 6.30pm

- Vacation Care (school holidays): 8.30am – 6.00pm

Qualifications: Working towards or holding a relevant Certificate III, Diploma or recognised OSHC qualification.
