Breakfast Chef – Croff Bakehouse, West Leederville

Croff Bakehouse is looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Breakfast Chef to join our West Leederville flagship location.

Able to deliver efficient breakfast and brunch service while maintaining consistency and quality across the menu. This role suits someone confident working during busy periods and independently on shifts.

We’re looking for someone organised, proactive and comfortable in a fast-paced café kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute breakfast and brunch service efficiently during peak hours
- Independently manage kitchen operations on designated shifts
- Maintain consistency in taste, presentation and portioning
- Assist with daily preparation and stock rotation
- Monitor prep levels and minimise wastage
- Maintain food safety, cleanliness and kitchen organisation




- Contribute ideas for seasonal specials and menu improvements

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a café or brunch kitchen
- Robust understanding of kitchen workflow and efficient service
- Ability to work independently and stay organised under pressure
- Confidence multitasking during busy service periods
- Reliability and availability for early mornings, weekdays and weekends
- Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
- Baking or pastry experience is highly regarded for sponsorship
