1REMEDY is a sauna and cold plunge studio in Potts Point. We are looking for a friendly, reliable and proactive person to help create a welcoming experience for our guests and keep our studio running smoothly.

Your responsibilities

- Welcome guests, manage check ins and explain our facilities Handle bookings, payments and enquiries Assist guests with memberships and session packages Maintain a clean and beautifully presented studio, including the sauna, cold plunge, showers and toilets Wash, dry and fold towels and replenish supplies Complete routine water testing and record results, following training Follow opening, closing and safety procedures

About you

- Warm, skilled and confident speaking with customers Reliable,



punctual and comfortable working independently Strong attention to detail and a willingness to help with cleaning and laundry Interested in wellness and creating a positive guest experience Available for a mix of weekday, evening and weekend shifts

Experience in reception, hospitality, fitness or wellness is preferred. Familiarity with Mindbody is helpful but not essential. Training will be provided.
