Casual Personal Trainer | Snap Fitness North Kellyville Galston

Jamie Fitness is adding a casual personal trainer in Galston. The work is one-to-one coaching, and your regular clients build up over time; you do not start with a ready-made client book. Full-time hours are not guaranteed.

The role

- Attend mentoring and team workshops.
- Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems.
- Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.
- Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting.
- Requirements
- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
- Pay structure

You are employed as a casual, with super and applicable commission. The hourly rate depends on your ongoing weekly client hours:

- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week




- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
- Availability needed

Please be available four afternoons or evenings a week, about 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings a week. Being available does not mean those hours are guaranteed or paid.

Marketing and administrative support come from Jamie Fitness, and no gym rent is charged for this role.
