Snap Fitness Beaumont Hills Blackett | Personal Trainer

This is a casual personal trainer role with Jamie Fitness in Blackett, coaching clients one-to-one. You build your ongoing client base over time, so it does not come with a ready-made book of clients or guaranteed full time hours.

Pay rates

This is a casual position with super and applicable commission on top. Your hourly rate increases as your ongoing weekly client hours grow:

- Up to 25 weekly client hours: $40.17/hr
- 25 to 30 weekly client hours: $45/hr
- 30+ weekly client hours: $55/hr
- What we are looking for

A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.

What you will do

- Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting.
- Join team workshops and mentoring sessions.
- Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.
- Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems.
- Support





Jamie Fitness provides marketing and administrative support. We do not charge gym rent for this role.

Availability needed

Please be available four afternoons or evenings a week, about 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings a week. Being available does not mean those hours are guaranteed or paid.
