As a part time Client Advisor for Longines, you will create memorable experiences for our clientele by delivering exceptional service, sharing your product expertise and cultivating lasting customer relationships. You will play a key role in achieving boutique objectives while upholding the standards of excellence synonymous with the Longines name.

- Deliver a personalised and elevated client experience that reflects the Longines brand
- Build meaningful relationships with clients and develop long term customer loyalty
- Consistently achieve individual and boutique sales targets and KPI’s
- Support the Boutique Management in the daily operations of the boutique
- Maintain impeccable visual merchandising and ensure the boutique environment reflects the prestige of the brand
- Assist with boutique presentation, maintenance and stock count and replenishment
- Develop and nurture the client database through proactive client engagement and follow up
- Participate in ongoing product, brand and sales training programs




- Be available to work minimum 15 hours per week including weekend availability and late-night trading as required

About You

You are an enthusiastic and service driven qualified who takes pride in delivering exceptional experiences and representing a globally recognised luxury brand.

- Previous experience within luxury retail, premium fashion, jewellery, watches, or a client focused premium environment
- A proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service and exceed client expectations
- Strong sales acumen with a passion for achieving results
- Genuine appreciation for the Longines brand, heritage and values, with a commitment to continuous learning and product knowledge development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A collaborative team player with a proactive and positive attitude
