We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and results-driven Shift Manager to join our Carls jr CBD store. We are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, high-quality products, and exceptional in-store experiences.

About the Role:

- Overseeing day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth and efficient performance
- Leading, mentoring, and developing team members to achieve high standards
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing staff training
- Ensuring strict compliance with food safety and operational procedures
- Managing administrative tasks
- Assisting Store Manager with cash control, rostering, wages, and stock ordering
- Driving sales growth and enhancing customer satisfaction
- Assisting with food preparation and supporting peak service periods

Key Requirements (Mandatory)

To be considered for this role, applicants must meet all of the following criteria:

- Previous Experience working in a similar role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Solid understanding of food safety standards and compliance
- Relevant qualification
- Excellent communication skills,



including the ability to resolve customer concerns professionally
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with a proactive and positive attitude
- Currently residing in Australia and located near Campbellfield or willing to relocate
- Valid visa with working rights in Australia
