Food Truck Staff / All-Rounders – Evening & Night Shifts

We are looking for multiple experienced, reliable and enthusiastic team members to join our growing team!

Position Details

- Shift hours: 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM
- Role: Food Truck Staff / All-Rounder
- Location: Craigieburn

Essential Requirements

- A MINIMUM of 1 year of hands-on experience working in the kebab industry is MANDATORY.
- Previous customer service experience with solid communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work well within a team.
- Confident in food preparation, handling customer orders and maintaining cleanliness.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities

- Preparing and serving kebabs and other menu items.
- Taking customer orders and processing payments.
- Providing friendly,



efficient customer service.
- Maintaining food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards.
- Assisting with general food truck operations.
