Talent Success is recruiting Retail Assistants, Grocery Team Members, Night Fillers, Shelf Stockers and Supermarket All-Rounders for established supermarkets across regional South Australia.

These are full-time opportunities suited to reliable and hardworking candidates who are willing to relocate and build a long-term career in regional South Australia.

No supermarket experience? That's okay. Candidates with experience in retail, hospitality, warehousing, manufacturing, customer service or general labouring are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided to suitable candidates.

Your department and duties will depend on the available position and your suitability.

Your Responsibilities

Depending on the role, duties may include:

- Replenishing shelves and maintaining stock levels
- Receiving,



unloading and organising deliveries
- Filling shelves and rotating products using FIFO procedures
- Picking, packing and safely moving stock
- Checking product quality and presentation
- Assisting customers and providing friendly service
- Supporting checkout operations when required
- Maintaining clean and organised work areas
- Following workplace health and safety procedures
- Following food safety and hygiene requirements
- Performing manual handling and general supermarket duties
- Working as part of a team to meet daily targets

About You

We're looking for candidates who are:

- Reliable, punctual and committed to regular attendance
- Physically capable of standing, lifting and performing manual handling
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to learn and follow instructions
- Friendly, responsible and customer-focused
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Available for full-time work and the required roster
- Willing and able to relocate to the assigned regional South Australian location

Experience That Will Be an Advantage

Experience in any of the following is welcome:

- Supermarket or grocery retail
- Retail and customer service
- Night fill and shelf replenishment
- Warehousing and distribution
- Picking, packing and stock handling




- Hospitality and food service
- Manufacturing and production
- General labouring

No supermarket experience? No problem. Transferable experience, a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn are highly valued.

These positions are based in Bordertown, Robe and Clare, South Australia.
