Looking for somewhere you can focus on being a outstanding therapist, without having to build everything from scratch?

City Cave Darwin is growing its massage team, and we're looking for passionate Massage Therapists who want to join an established wellness centre with strong client demand.

This isn't about simply filling another massage roster.

We're looking for therapists who genuinely care about their craft, their clients and being part of a reliable, fun-loving team. In return, we want to create an opportunity that works for you too.

Why City Cave Darwin?

Clients ready and waiting.
We already have strong demand for massage at Darwin and are looking to expand our therapist availability to meet it.

Let's talk about how you want to work.
We know one working arrangement doesn't suit every therapist. We're open to conversations around different engagement structures and availability, depending on the individual and the needs of the centre.

Whether you're looking for consistent days, additional hours alongside your existing work, or something more substantial, we'd love to understand what you're looking for.

International candidates are welcome to apply.
If you currently hold a valid Australian visa with appropriate working rights, qualifications, or are studying to become a massage therapist, we'd be happy to hear from you.

A broader approach to wellness.
City Cave brings together massage, float therapy and infrared sauna under one roof, giving our therapists the opportunity to work within a genuine wellness environment rather than a traditional massage-only clinic.

And yes, there are wellness perks too.
You'll have access to City Cave services and become part of a growing national wellness brand.

Who we're looking for

Qualifications matter,

but the person behind them matters just as much.

We're looking for someone who is:

- Reliable and committed to the availability they agree to
- Warm, professional and genuinely client-focused
- Passionate about massage and continuing to develop their skills
- Comfortable working as part of a broader centre team
- Confident delivering high-quality treatments within their scope of practice
- Interested in building long-term relationships with clients rather than simply moving through appointments
- Remedial qualifications are highly regarded, however we'd also love to hear from therapists with strong relaxation, deep tissue, sports or other relevant massage experience.
- For remedial therapists providing health-fund-rebate services, appropriate qualifications, professional association membership and insurance requirements will apply.

Already working somewhere else?

That's okay.

You don't necessarily need to leave an existing clinic or completely change your working week to talk to us.

If you have one or two days available and want to explore adding City Cave to your week, we'd still like to hear from you.

Likewise, if you're looking for something more substantial, tell us.

Interested? Let's start with a conversation.

Send through your CV and, in your application, tell us:

1. What type of massage do you most enjoy delivering?

2. What days/hours would your ideal working week include?

3. What are you looking for from your next clinic or wellness centre?

We're building our Darwin massage team around great therapists and we'd love to hear what a great opportunity looks like for you.
