About the Clinic

Top Health Doctors Greenslopes is an established GP and Skin Cancer Clinic conveniently located in Greenslopes, Brisbane's inner south.

This isn't a role where you'll be expected to walk into chaos and fix everything.

You'll be joining a clinic with established systems, experienced doctors and staff, and the support of the wider Top Health Doctors Group.

We're looking for someone who enjoys being part of the clinic, someone who knows the patients, supports the doctors and staff, keeps the day running smoothly and takes pride in creating a welcoming, skilled workplace.

The Role

As our Site Senior, you'll be the key person overseeing the daily operations of the clinic.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading and supporting the reception and nursing team
- Coordinating day-to-day clinic operations and workflow
- Supporting doctors and independent practitioners
- Managing staff rosters,



leave and day-to-day staffing requirements
- Maintaining high standards of patient service
- Assisting with recruitment, onboarding and staff training
- Monitoring administrative processes and ensuring tasks are completed
- Supporting accreditation, policies, compliance and quality improvement
- Helping resolve patient or operational issues professionally
- Working closely with THD management and other clinic leaders
- Looking for practical ways to make the clinic run even better

This is a hands-on leadership position. We're looking for someone who is comfortable helping at reception when needed, solving problems and being visible and approachable to the team.

Who We're Looking For

You may already be a Practice Manager, or you might be an experienced 2IC, Assistant Practice Manager or Senior Medical Receptionist who is ready to take the next step.

Ideally, you'll bring:

- Experience working in a busy GP or medical practice
- Strong leadership and people skills
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- A calm, practical approach when the clinic gets busy
- Confidence communicating with doctors, nurses, reception staff and patients
- Good understanding of medical reception and GP practice workflows
- Experience with Best Practice
- Experience with HotDoc and other GP practice systems




- A strong understanding of Medicare, privacy, accreditation and general practice compliance
- A genuine desire to build a positive and supportive clinic culture
