Up to $150K + super Additional commission Manage fewer than 10 buildings Predominantly residential portfolio including Tier 1 and multi-OC developments Your own dedicated Associate Dedicated teams across all admin Hybrid working with 2 days WFH or a fully remote option Ongoing training and a collaborative team environment The Role





Manage a portfolio of complex Owners Corporations Build and maintain strong relationships with committees and stakeholders Oversee building maintenance, major works and contractor coordination Manage communication surrounding building defects, disputes and litigation matters Conduct committee meetings and AGMs with dedicated administrative support Work closely with your Associate and specialist support teams Ensure a high standard of service and effective portfolio management About You

Proven experience managing Tier 1 Owners Corporation portfolios Experience with high-rise towers, complex buildings or multi-OC developments Strong knowledge of Owners Corporation legislation and compliance Confident communicating with committees and managing challenging situations Excellent organisational, communication and problem solving skills Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities StrataMax experience highly regarded All applications will be treated with strict confidentiality.
