Life Without Barriers is seeking Youth Worker – Family Based Care casual staff to support children, young people and families on Central Coast shifts. You will monitor visits, provide transportation and mentoring, and complete post-visit reports. Role requires probity clearances and flexibility across days, including weekends. Roles offer shifts 3–7 hours, casual employment, and opportunities to contribute to safer, supportive family environments. Training and support are provided.
