What You’ll Do

Your role goes far beyond support. You’ll own the

full member success journey :

Retention First:

Proactively manage member relationships to ensure they stay, succeed, and remain engaged throughout the program.

Have the Hard Conversations:

Spot red flags early and step in decisively to re-engage members before they disengage or drop off. (If you are a people-pleaser, this role is not for you.)

Drive Upgrades & Referrals:

Confidently lead conversations around program upgrades, add-ons, and referrals - with a sales-driven approach.

Keep Members Accountable:





Hold members to their commitments, challenge them to push past obstacles, and celebrate their wins.

Analyse & Act:

Track engagement data, identify risks, and implement retention strategies before issues escal.

Collaborate on Growth:

Work with leadership to refine member success strategies and ensure retention KPIs are met or exceeded.
