We're on the hunt for a switched-on, hands-on Site Supervisor to join a well-established and growing joinery business on the Sunshine Coast

If you're a natural leader, love keeping projects moving and take pride in quality workmanship, this could be your next big move

What You'll Be Doing

- Running daily site operations across SEQ projects.

- Leading installers, trades and subcontractors.

- Keeping projects on track, on time and looking sharp

- Managing site safety, quality checks and inspections.

- Working closely with Project Managers and clients.

- Solving problems and making things happen

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 3 years' experience in construction, joinery or site supervision.





- Cabinet making or trade background highly regarded.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Someone organised, proactive and great with people.

- White Card and driver's licence essential.

- A positive, can-do attitude
