Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, andsupport a team of technicians, fostering a positive work culture focusedon teamwork, growth, and continuous improvement.

Build and maintainstrong relationships with clients, suppliers, and insurance partners —ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service and communication.

Oversee all aspects ofdaily operations, including job scheduling, resource allocation, inventorymanagement, and financial performance to achieve weekly and monthlytargets.

Ensure all repairs arecompleted to the highest standards, maintaining compliance with safetyregulations, manufacturer specifications, and industry best practices.

About You

Proven leadershipexperience in a collision or truck repair environment (minimum 2 years)

Trade-qualified in PanelBeating or Spray Painting (highly desirable)

A hands-on, motivatedleader who thrives in a fast-paced environment

Strong focus on safety,quality, workflow, and customer satisfaction

Excellent communicationand people management skills — you know how to get the best out of yourteam
