Behind the marketplace sits their own resale software suite, already dramatically cutting listing time for the sellers who use it. Job Description - Full Stack Developer
As the Full Stack Developer, you will own the engineering behind two live apps, one for resellers and one for sellers, taking the load on product so the founders can get out and grow the business. You'll be trusted to bring your own ideas, decide what's worth building and make it happen, balancing the needs of both sides of the marketplace.
With unlimited AI credits and Claude Code at the centre of how the team works, the expectation is that one strong engineer can move with the speed of a much bigger team. This is a high-intensity, ground floor prospect where the hours reflect the pace, and your impact is rewarded with meaningful equity.
Role Responsibilities - Full Stack Developer
In this Full Stack Developer role, your daily tasks will include,



but not be limited to:

- Leading the build of new features across the reseller and seller apps
- Maintaining and scaling the existing product as volumes grow
- Using Claude Code and AI tooling to design, build and ship at pace
- Owning the UI/UX of what you build
- Spotting opportunities in the marketplace and turning them into product ideas
- Shaping product priorities and direction alongside the founders

Role Requirements - Full Stack Developer

- Proven experience leading and building a product or feature end to end, ideally at a big tech company or a startup
- Highly proficient with Claude Code and AI-first ways of building
- Strong product sense and an eye for UI/UX
- Marketplace experience (rideshare, delivery, car sharing, resale or similar) would be highly advantageous
- Experience in a startup or high-performing, fast-paced environment
- Confident and collaborative, comfortable challenging ideas and owning your work
- Australian citizens, PR holders, or visa holders with at least 2-3 years remaining
