If you are self-motivated & well organised individual who loves to work in fast paced fun environment, then we would like to hear from you.Job Responsibilities:Planning menu in consultation with management for the occasions and ongoing.Managing team of cooks and kitchen staff for smooth operations.Manage food preparation and cooking processes in a fast-paced environment.Ensure all food items are prepared according to safety and sanitation guidelines.Maintain inventory levels, order ingredients,



and manage stock to minimize waste.Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.Training and mentoring junior kitchen staff.Stay updated on industry trends and customer preferences to bring current ideas to the table.Provide and maintain a safe and healthy workplace.Requirements:Proven experience as a chef role, preferably in a sandwich bar, café, or restaurant.Passion for food and creating unique, dishes and starters.Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Creativity and a willingness to experiment with new ingredients and flavors.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Qualification: Diploma in hospitality or equivalent.Experience: Minimum 3 years experience.Salary-$77k to $85k (plus Superannuation)We will offer:· A stable position with the growth and opportunity within other venues· Qualified team oriented and fun-loving environment· Training and development in all areas of the business· Great hourly rate/salary + superJob Type: Full-timePay: $77,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
