Ohlmec Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Services Manager to oversee the successful delivery of Ohlmec Maintenance and Project works across site Operations. The role will draw on deep trade knowledge to provide leadership to supervisors, planners, engineers and other team members.

The Site Services Manager will be responsible for coaching and mentoring Site Leaders to ensure Safety, Quality and Execution targets are met, liaising with the Client base onsite to provide Leadership and ensure deliverables and expectations are met, and driving development to maximise opportunity for increased works and company growth.

The role will be a mix of site and office work, requiring regular travel to site.

Key responsibilities

- Oversee successful delivery of Ohlmec Maintenance and Project works across Site Operations, including regular travel and attendance on Ohlmec Site Works

- Pre-shut scoping of allocated works ensuring adequate time and resources are available for safe and successful execution,



and delivery of information gathered to both internal and external stakeholders

- Liaise with Clients and Site Leads to develop job scopes, assist in compiling Gantts, Work Packs and other Off Site Project Management tasks as required

- Review Post job technical reports, Attend Post Shut Meetings and Ensure all internal job closeout activities are completed

- Effective Management of incidents, hazard reports and investigations, ensuring procedural and legislative deliverables are met

- Liaise with Clients to ensure teams on site are achieving business and client expectations, building relationships with clients to deliver positive outcomes

- Coach and mentor site leaders to ensure all Quality, Safety and Procedural expectations are met, helping to develop next leaders

- Co-Ordinate with Operations team to ensure accurate information is delivered and support successful execution of works

- Provide support for teams at site level, driving quality and Safety expectations and standards

- First point of Contact for clients for any issues that may arise on site

About you

- 5+ years' experience in a Maintenance Supervisor role within the mining industry

- Wide range of experience with fixed plant within mining industry

- Experience with a CMMS

- Experience in contractual administration

- Current unencumbered Western Australian C drivers licence

- Trade qualification

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Demonstrated ability in liaising with contractors and with multiple stakeholders both internally and externally to the organisation

- Intermediate computer skills (knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
