Roles We’re Interested In
We welcome expressions of interest from experienced candidates across the following areas:

- Pipe Fitters & Pipelayers – Underground services, water mains, sewer, stormwater, drainage and industrial piping.
- Traffic Management – Traffic Controllers, Traffic Management Implementers and qualified Traffic Management Designers.
- Concrete Workers – Concreters, concrete finishers, formworkers and concrete labourers.
- Steel Workers – Steel Fixers, structural steel workers and reinforcement installers.
- Plant & Heavy Machinery Operators – Excavator, loader, grader, roller, skid steer and other civil plant operators.
- Civil Construction Workers – Skilled civil labourers, drainage crews, road construction workers and trade assistants.

What We’re Looking For
We're interested in candidates who bring practical experience, a strong work ethic and the right qualifications for their chosen role.
Ideally, you will have:

- Relevant experience in civil construction, infrastructure, roadworks, mining or industrial projects.
- Current, role-relevant licences, tickets and high-risk work licences where required.
- A current White Card.
- A current driver's licence and reliable transport where required.
- A strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
- The ability to work effectively in a team and follow site procedures.
- Flexibility to work across different project locations, rosters or shifts where required.

Additional advantages may include:

- HR, HC or MC licences.
- Excavator, roller, grader, loader or other plant competency.
- Current traffic management qualifications appropriate to the role.
- Confined space, working at heights, first aid or gas test atmosphere training where relevant.
- Experience on major infrastructure, road, rail, utilities or mining projects.
- Availability for regional, remote or FIFO/DIDO work, where offered.

- Work across Brisbane, the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Mackay, Townsville, Central and other West Queensland locations.

- Potential overtime, allowances, accommodation or travel arrangements where offered by the relevant project.
