Reporting directly to the Manager, you will step into a pivotal, active role in a small team. You will be the engine room of our operation—ensuring equipment is flawless, deliveries are on time, and our crew on-site knows exactly what they are doing.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a small, hands-on crew during marquee setups and pack-downs
- Safely drive, deliver, and collect event hire equipment across the region
- Clean, check, restock, and maintain all hire equipment to an exceptional standard
- Take pride in keeping the yard, warehouse, and work spaces clean, protected, and organised
About you
- Must hold a valid Forklift Licence (LF) and a full, clean Manual MR Class Licence
- High level of physical fitness and stamina to handle repetitive heavy lifting
- Proven ability to take charge, delegate tasks, and lead a small team effectively
- Great communication skills and a friendly attitude when dealing with clients
- Strong focus on punctuality to meet strict event setup deadlines
- Available for a minimum 3-month commitment
